Comfortable, clean and friendly accommodation, 300 metres from the new Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, and situated on the A7 leading into the city centre. Graded a 3-star guest house by the Scottish Tourist Board, the guest house is well located for the city, with major bus routes stopping right outside. The guest house is 8 minutes' bus ride from the city centre with all its theatres, comedy and live music venues and many excellent restaurants. All bedrooms have an en suite power shower and satellite TV showing free Sky Sports and movie channels. Front door keys allow you to come and go as you please, with no curfew limitations. As an extra service to guests, Covent Garden soups, freshly prepared paninis, ready meals, Haagen Daz ice cream and fresh coffee have been introduced. These are available on request for a modest charge at anytime.
