Traditional Edinburgh architecture boasting space and high ceilings. Each apartment sleeps 6 (plus another 2 persons on the sofa bed in the lounge, if required). Just over 1 km south of Princes Street, the location is convenient with bus stop at the doorstep and an unusual bonus is free on street parking. Most Festival and Fringe venues are within walking distance especially Festival Theatre, Queens Hall & the Pleasance, Edinburgh University, Pollock Halls, Commonwealth Swimming Pool, Royal Infirmary, Scottish Parliament, Dynamic Earth, Holyrood Palace and Edinburgh Castle. Internally there are 3 bedrooms, a large lounge, bathroom & kitchen. There is central heating and double glazing, free wifi internet connection and freeview television with multiple channels. Towels and bed linens are provided. Tea & coffee facilities/supplies are also provided.
This is traditional Edinburgh tenement living, where the shared stairwell leads to the door of the apartment. You are provided with contact numbers for the apartments’ managers, in case you have any requirements. A daily maid service is available by separate negotiation.
Check-In Information: Check-in is by appointment only. Please email us after you have made your reservation, using the email address provided on your confirmation. Please provide an approximate time of arrival and a contact mobile telephone number, so that someone can ensure that they are free to let you in to the apartments. On the day of arrival, please call us when you are in Edinburgh, in order to confirm the appointment time. Please note that the latest check-in time is usually 22:00. Payment Information: Please note that we are a cash-only accommodation provider, so please ensure that you can pay for the entire duration of your stay, in cash, on arrival. Other Additional Information: When at the apartment, please notify us immediately regarding any concerns that might arise, so that we can prevent them becoming a source of discomfort or complaint. Tea and coffee are supplied, as are milk, sugar and oatmeal, which is a traditional Scottish breakfast cereal. The apartments are fully equipped for self catering, however there is a cafe on the ground floor in the row of shops below the apartments. The cafe serves breakfast rolls and all kinds of coffee, including lattes and cappuccinos. The area surrounding the hotel also boasts many Indian, Chinese and Turkish takeaways. Just a few streets away is a wonderful selection of restaurants.
