As of the 1st December 2007, development of residential accommodation will start in the rear car park and gardens, which are no longer controlled by the hotel. The owners & main contractor have notified us that building works might operate between 7am and 4pm Mon-Friday and will run for the remaining 12 months the hotel is in operation, until the hotel ceases trading in January 2009. The hotel bedrooms to the rear of the hotel will have obstructed views & the private gardens to the rear of the hotel will no longer be able to be used by hotel guests. This will also affect parking at the hotel, so car parking will be limited to the front car park only. It is the policy of Festival Hotels Ltd to obtain a credit card number at the time of booking. A credit card imprint will be required by the hotel at check in as security for your accommodation and any extras taken during your stay. Full payment is required on check out at the hotel.
