Check out is by 10:00. The house is non-smoking throughout. Please note that there is a 2 night minimum stay when you book on a Saturday. There is a 3 night minimum stay during Bank Holidays, Christmas, Easter and New Year. During the Rugby International there is also a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Food & Beverage

A cooked and continental breakfast is served from 07:45 to 08:45. However, if you would like a longer lie-in, a continental breakfast can be brought to your room. If you like to rise earlier, continental breakfast only is served from 07:30, or a breakfast tray can be arranged the night before if you have an early flight.

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 3.00 per person. Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 5.00 per person.
