Each apartment has been recently refurbished to an excellent interior design scheme and each includes all modern facilities. Nicolson apartments are spacious and private, creating a comfortable ambiance for all occasions. In the heart of the old town and only a short stroll away from Princes Street, the apartments are an ideal choice for both business and leisure guests.
Please note that that we do not have an on-site office at the apartment’s location. Please inform us 30 minutes ahead of the time of your arrival and someone will welcome you at the apartment with a set of keys and show you around. Please use the contact details given on your booking confirmation. Please note that American Express cards are not accepted.

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
